Parker Goris (born January 16th 1995) is a child actor who is the voice of Flounder in Walt Disney's direct-to-video animated film ''The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning'' and the ''Kingdom Hearts'' series. He has also made guest appearances in TV shows like ''Monk'' and ''Summerland''. He also had a small part in the Nickelodeon movie ''Shredderman Rules'', and a recurring role as Garret in Grey's Anatomy.
